clarification on "ignored"

The description says "we'll discover why ministry with this generation can no longer be ignored.”  I see boomers as more catered to than ignored (from my vantage point anyway).  Willing to learn and trying to select a session (HARD choice!).  Could you please clarify, how have boomers been ignored and what is the thing that has taken precedence over ministry with them so I know what to expect?
