Brad Smith has been an assistant to two U.S. senators, an urban church planter and seminary teacher of spiritual formation. At Leadership Network where he served as President until 2002, Brad learned how to build peer-learning networks among advanced leaders in large churches, non-profits and businesses. His current role as President of Bakke Graduate University brings together these past experiences and learned skills, helping him prepare leaders to join God’s global work in a new way. Brad is the author of 2008’s award-winning City Signals:Principles and Practices for Ministering in Today’s Global Communities.
