Jackie Mills-Fernald

As director of McLean Bible Church’s Access Ministry, Jackie Mills-Fernald leads one of the largest ministries in the United States, serving hundreds of families affected by disabilities. Under her leadership, Access is soon to open Jill’s House, a church-sponsored respite care/therapy center for children with special needs. As a result of Jackie’s advocacy for including the disabled in the church and community, she has become a sought-after speaker, trainer and consultant for developing disability ministries.
