Since 2000, Here-4-You Consulting has provided consultation for program development, grant proposal writing, nonprofit formation, development, training, and fundraising. Here-4-You Consulting has provided services on proposals to Federal, State, and Local government, as well as to Foundations, Civic Groups, and many others. Jeffrey has written hundreds of proposals, secured of millions of dollars as a consultant, has had over 80% of his proposals funded, and has secured over 90% of the dollars for which he has applied.
