Kim’s secular career in Human Resources and Training in South Africa for more than fifteen years, laid the foundation for the launch of a private ministry consulting business in the US in the areas of curriculum design, leader development, and personal coaching. After 7 years of ministry/church consulting and personal coaching, leadership in local churches and curriculum development for large para-church organizations, Kim joined Outreach, Inc. (www.outreach.com) in 2001 to launch Outreach Training. Kim headed up the national training team for The Four Laws of Effective Outreach, and Becoming a Contagious Christian. Kim also developed training tools for Outreach – including the Outreach Idea Kit, and the Guide Series. She is currently Vice resident of Operations with Outreach, Inc. as well as the Executive Director of the National Outreach Convention.
