As the founder and former president of a large national church building company Ray has successfully helped hundreds of churches with their building needs. He has successfully completed over 350 church projects of all sizes and complexity in 23 States including; Sanctuaries, Additions, Educational, Administrative, Multipurpose and Recreational facilities from 5,000 to 200,000 square feet. He has extensive expertise in 501 3 (c) Community, HUD & Faith Based Grant programs including Urban Community Development Models which assist Churches with structuring Senior & Youth Ministries to take advantage of Faith Based Initiatives. His Media experience was developed in his weekly TV program “<u>Changing Directions”</u> that ranked among the top Religious TV programs for four straight years on the top rated & secular TV Station; Fox 28 in Columbus Ohio. His experience includes Broadcast Media & Internet Marketing, Corporate, Church Consulting, Management and administration to growing churches. His knowledge skills are extensive and include Residential, Commercial & Church Construction including specialized Construction Management & Design Build services designed specifically for growing churches. His seminar series <u>“20 Steps to a Successful Project”</u> has helped pastors nationwide avoid the pitfalls associated with church construction. His bachelor’s degree in Theology coupled with over thirty-three years of full time ministry has assisted him in understanding the unique requirements necessary for a successful construction project. His long tenure as a successful Senior Pastor and church leader is testimony to his ministry understanding and ability to help any size church ministry with their real world, day-to-day ministry.
